Wendy Hammond grew up in Etobicoke and is a busy working mom with two young daughters. She has lived in the High Park/Roncesvalles area for over 20 years and has valuable insight into the area and the benefits that the west end has to offer.
Wendy graduated with a BA from McMaster University and a post-graduate diploma in HR Management. She resigned from her position at a prestigious downtown insurance company in 2000 to pursue her passion for real estate. In her spare time, Wendy loves to travel, train for triathlons, snowboard and golf.
During her 16+ years in real estate, Wendy has acquired a very diverse background and consistently won awards for sales excellence. In order to accommodate her growing business, Wendy decided to take on a partner and found Jennifer Percival to be the ideal fit, from both a personality and business perspective. Wendy and Jen’s diverse skill sets have proven to be a perfect complement and have allowed them to provide their clients with an all-encompassing service experience.
Wendy and Jen launched their new partnership, Page & Percival, in 2008 and in their first year won the prestigious Platinum Team Award. Since its inception, the Page & Percival team has consistently remained in the top 2% of realtors in Canada, and continues to strive to be creative and innovative in their approach to real estate. In order to fulfill their vision, they moved their business to Sutton Group Old Mill in 2011, and have continued to achieve the Platinum Award, which is the highest award that Sutton offers. In 2015, Wendy received her broker’s license and Wendy and Jen opened their new brokerage, Page & Percival Realty Services Inc., in their beautiful new office space at 708 Annette Street in the heart of Bloor West Village.
